The
Occupational Therapist will perform

The
Occupational Therapist will provide
direct patient care to assess their
medical condition, functional
capabilities, limitations and
restrictions and potential for
rehabilitation
He/She will establish and administer
a treatment program with specific
goals determined according to the
patient's capacity and tolerance
under the direction of the Physician
The
Occupational Therapist / OT will set
realistic and achievable goals for
their patients, document and record
the patient's condition and educate
patients and families in an
appropriate occupational therapy
method
Assess patient needs, plan for,
evaluate and modify care to meet
goals of occupational therapy
interventions
The
Occupational Therapist will
collaborate with all disciplines to
plan and evaluate team goals for
each patient. .
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Occupational Therapist Job
The
Occupational Therapist must be able
to develop a plan of care for each
physical therapy patient
He/She must be able to provide
skilled occupational therapy
services / interventions in
accordance with physician orders.
Current state license as an
Occupational Therapist / OT or
proactively in the process of the
application process for current
state licensure as an Occupational
Therapist / OT
Current CPR certification.
