Science Teacher will perform

teachers, who collaborate weekly
with a science developer to create
units and materials

Expand your own science knowledge by
engaging in weekly meetings devoted
entirely to science

Provide direct input on what's being
taught, helping to develop and build
curriculum year to year

Design curriculums, lesson plans &
exams
Integrate alternative teaching
methods & incorporate alternative
measures of assessment.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Science Teacher Job

Record of achievement as an
elementary or middle school teacher,
preferably as an urban educator

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Science
Teacher Job

Master’s Degree in Education, a
Science related major or for. equiv.
-
This may be substituted with a
Bachelor’s in Education or a Science
relevant major, or for equivalent,
plus 5 yrs experience in the job
offered or a relevant field
-
