The
Pre-College Tutoring Programs Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all
phases of School students’ academic
experience. He/She will manage
every aspect of instruction with an eye
toward continually improving the
academic progress of every student. The
Tutoring Programs Manager will also be
responsible for selling products and
services to new and current families.

Pre-College Tutoring Programs Manager will perform

description:
Develop an effective academic team
by providing ethical leadership,
training, coaching, development and
motivation
Provide ongoing management,
coaching, and development of team
Support and communicate School goals
and initiatives to improve student
outcomes, provide an excellent
customer experience, and grow
revenue
Manage the service provided to our
customers including parent
communication, effective
instruction, and complete customer
satisfaction
Manage a staff of Tutors and Tutor
Trainers
Ensure all students meet and exceed
company benchmarks for academic
progress and/or score improvement
Employ consultative sales techniques
to enroll new and current members in
tutoring programs
Actively execute sales, marketing,
and promotional programs to meet
expected sales and revenue metrics
Manage part time Tutor recruiting,
hiring, training, supervision,
scheduling, professional
development, and overall
instructional quality
Analyze and make improvements to
School customer referral program to
ensure positive results
Help
market programs to local schools,
families, organizations, and
community leaders
Train
qualified Tutors to help staff
marketing and sales events
Monitor student lesson plans,
student academic progress, and
assessments
Manage the assimilation of new
instructional materials and methods
Run
and manage all aspects of the
business independently at least two
days per week (depending on
location).

management experience
