The Senior Director, Sales & Marketing will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Develop and manage infrastructure, budget, and planning

• Play an active role in new product development

• Develop/oversee long-range strategies and plans for Company brand marketing, field sales, and sales operations

• Hire, develop, and oversee the work of direct/indirect reports

• Ensure financial and other targets and goals are met or exceeded

• Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Company activities.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Senior Director, Sales & Marketing Job

• Previous experience with the management of collaborations and co-promotions with other companies is preferred

• Average of 12 or more years' work experience

• An average of 4 years' or more previous product management experience

• An average of 2 years' or more previous field sales management experience

• Previous/direct managed care experience - either in account management, payer-focused marketing, or other - is strongly preferred

• Previous management experience - at Senior Manager-level or above - in other key functions/groups such as Sales Training, Sales Operations, Market Research, and/or other operational support roles is a plus

• Previous experience leading function-wide business planning processes, to include development & implementation of such plans, goals and metrics

• Strong track record of building and leading teams

• Strong strategic agility

• Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goals.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Senior Director, Sales & Marketing Job

• Bachelors Degree
• MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred.
