Provide weekly activity reporting

Serve as relationship manager for
existing accounts as assigned

program, cross sell additional

Analyze profitability /review fee
structure of assigned accounts to
ensure that relationship meets
internal profit goals while still
offering a sound, competitive value
for the customer

Work with other commercial card
areas (systems, operations, fraud,
etc) to resolve any significant
issues

Maintain and constantly seek to
improve commercial card knowledge /
skill set

Maintain a thorough understanding of
commercial card products and
Citizens’ capabilities including but
not limited to product type,
pricing, structure, and features

Seek competitive information and
assess competitive positioning

Develop and maintain positive
working relationship with referral
sources and understand the
motivations / requirements of
referral sources

Follow-up with referral source with
timely and accurate updates

Maintain lead database information
and maintain accurate call notes

Develop and maintain positive
working relationships with all
commercial card areas including
risk, fraud, systems, and operations

Work closely with each area to
establish account relationships,
resolve customer issues, develop
products / services

Adhere to all departmental policies
and procedures

Coach / mentor junior level sales
team members

Complete required compliance
training, Training University
requirements
