Sales Support Associate-Resolutions Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Associate-Resolutions is responsible for providing high level administrative and technical support by assisting the Sales Support Supervisor.  

Job Description:

The Sales Support Associate-Resolutions will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Take incoming calls and provide information to callers or transfer call to appropriate individuals

  • Ensure computer entries are maintained and up-to-date

  • Review and track sales staff inquiries, complaints, improvement ideas, etc.

  • Interface with sales staff on support needs

  • Compiles statistical data on sales status

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Sales Support Associate-Resolutions Job

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for supporting sales, customer and personal services. This includes evaluation of data and needs assessment
  • Basic knowledge for compiling and analyzing statistics and/or other tabular data
  • Computer skills
  • Organization
  • Math skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to provide general administrative support.
Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Sales Support Associate-Resolutions Job
  • High school diplomas and/or GED.
