The
Sales Operations - Strategic Coordinator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Facilitate Client Development
operations by providing exceptional
project coordination and
administrative support
Work in tandem with the Sales team
(Strategy Director and VP, CD) to
support sales opportunities,
consultant and prospect development
and outreach, data management, RFP
completion, and coordination of
meetings, events and other
administrative activities necessary
to achieve Client Development
business goals
Assist in planning and coordination
of meetings and events, working
cross-functionally and across the
organization as necessary
Gather and disseminate information
appropriately across business
segments as needed for RFP
coordination, finalist meeting
preparation, consultant
briefing/event preparation, and
other CD events
In collaboration with Sales Vice
President and Strategy/Marketing
Director, assist with agenda
preparation, slide or other media
presentations, to ensure that
content has been quality checked
Disseminate information and
facilitate communications critical
to the sales process through timely
communications to internal and
external constituents
Assist in follow up with assigned
owners of tasks to ensure timely
completion of deliverables
Support the reference gathering
process critical to RFPs
Assure that follow up requests are
channeled to the right internal
business partner so that responses
can be provided on a timely basis
Assure timely and accurate entry of
account, consultant, membership
opportunity and activity data in
MERIT
Correct identified data errors and
update/pursue missing information
through a variety of data sources
(e.g., Hoover's, prospect web sites,
FreeErisa.com, OneSource,
judydiamond.com) to assure thorough
documentation
Research internal product,
operational or policy
questions/issues as necessary, to
assure that the most current,
accurate information is being
conveyed to external constituents
Utilize and Navigate Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) /Sales
Management systems, particular for
report generation, sales tracking,
data entry
Maintain and organize calendars,
schedule and arrange meetings
Assure adequate supplies of
materials to support sales efforts
Assist the VP, CD and
Strategy/Marketing Director in
preparation of Strategy Memo
Assist the VP, CD and
Strategy/Marketing Director in
keeping the RFP on track
Maintain pipeline information in
MERIT as the sales process proceeds
Coordinate consultant
communications, as necessary
Develop collegial relationships with
internal partners to maximize
productivity of resources, improve
quality of output, and evolve tools
and products to ensure that best in
class is delivered to the
marketplace.
