Sales Engineering Lead is responsible for
overseeing pre- and post-sales technical
support of Company offerings, as well as
directs the sales engineering team.

Sales Engineering Lead will perform

Prepare
proposals, design solutions, Bid
cost and margin integrity

Provide input to future product
roadmaps to ensure customer and
market desirability

Provide broad knowledge in
information technology and related
systems with the ability to
articulate customer needs into
tangible requirements in such a
manner that products/services can be
sold, upgraded, or renewed

Interpret design, application and
service information for the sales
staff and customers
-
Assess and resolve technical issues
during proposal and delivery
integration
-
Support trade shows, and technical
forums.

Knowledge and expertise in managed
hosting/security hardware,
operations and engineering, products
and services, design and
integration, and delivering high
quality customer support and
services, and creation of effective
written and visual sales and
engineering documents

Proven track record being
self-directed and goal oriented,
self starting motivated, team player
with ability to be flexible and
adaptable in a fast growing
environment while seeking additional
responsibility and a willingness to
do more than the minimum

General knowledge of media trends
and methods of products and services
delivery

Well
developed organizational and
administrative skills.

BS
degree in Information Systems
/Technology, engineering, or
computer science with a minimum of
15 years experience in the following
areas are required: Sales or Sales
engineering management.
