Sales Coordinator Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting all direct/indirect sales resources.

Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • The Sales Coordinator will work with Business Development team and Marketing to assist with all administrative requirements associated with sales

  • He/She will work with Risk Department to understand, review, and present all Sales analytical reports

  • The Sales Coordinator will responsible for preparing and reviewing the Weekly Sales Report

  • The Sales Coordinator will coordinate with Implementation Team to prepare and send out a weekly communication to the entire sales team

  • He/She will coordinate weekly Sales Team meetings

  • Track progress of all contracts that are in negotiation phase

  • The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring proper signatures and file management of executed contracts

  • The Sales Coordinator will work with Relationship Management team to track all contracts that are coming up for renewal

  • The Sales Coordinator will assist with any sales presentations (printing/binding) or 'Request For Proposal' documentation (mapping)

  • He/She will work with Marketing to coordinate any sales support and collateral required for Trade shows

  • Provide primary sales support to all direct/indirect sales representatives

  • The Sales Coordinator will coordinate travel, manage calendar, and handle expense reports.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Sales Coordinator Job

  • The Sales Coordinator must have the ability to perform multiple task simultaneously, and prioritize effectively
  • He/She must possess the ability to think independently
  • The Sales Coordinator must possess the ability to think outside the box
  • He/She should be organized and have the ability to consistently follow tasks through to completion
  • Possess positive thinker with a get-it-done attitude
  • The Sales Coordinator should have the ability to communicate in all aspects
  • He/She must be able to adapt and embrace change
  • Must be familiar with CRM tools
  • The Sales Coordinator should be proficient and have great knowledge of MS Word and Power Point, functional knowledge of Excel.
Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Sales Coordinator Job
  • The Sales Coordinator should possess Bachelor’s Degree.
