The Sales Consultant Consumer will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of Company products and services to meet its customers needs

• Provide Company customers with a positive sales and service experience

• Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers

• Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Sales Consultant Consumer Job

• Ability to complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required

• Ability to work day, evening, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required

• Provide satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening

• Ability to qualify on pre-employment screening: Call Center Audition (CC Audition), Employment Inventory (EI), Customer Service Assessment (CSA).
