Job Summary:
The
Sales Advisor I is responsible for
managing and developing Company
relationships with Mid Corporate clients
(USD 500mln – 2bln in sales). The
Advisor will proactively identify
opportunities to deepen existing
relationships and uncover new revenue
streams to the Company.

The
Sales Advisor I will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage a portfolio of existing
clients to maintain and grow base
revenue year over year. Responsible
and accountable for all Company
Activity related to portfolio

Act as “Trusted Advisor” with
existing clients to develop
strategic solutions to meet Working
Capital objectives
-
Aggressive New Business acquisition
by deep selling Company solutions to
existing clients and acquiring new
clients from within the assigned
territory
-
Act as Company Client Team leader by
indirectly managing a team of
cross-functional business partners
(Sales, Service, and Implementation)
who interact with this client around
the world
-
Work closely with relationship
experts to develop strategic account
plans to drive new business calling
plans
-
Work closely with the Domestic Cash
Management Sales team to drive new
business within the Mid Corporate
client segment
-
Develop and maintain a deal pipeline
of new opportunities for assigned
territory.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Sales Advisor I Job

8 to 10 years of experience in Cash
Management Sales
-
In depth knowledge of Company
products
-
Proven track record in New Business
acquisition and achievement in
Revenue growth targets
-
Strong “advisory” or “consultative”
skills with experience in
structuring complex Global solutions
-
Leadership and effective
communication skills
-
Ability to quickly establish high
credibility with internal business
partners and with client base
-
International work experience is a
plus.
