Job Summary:

The Practice Sales Operations Manager is responsible for delivering consultations to patients during their first visit in order to educate them on their diagnosis and gain commitment to the required treatment.

Job Description:

The Practice Sales Operations Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Educate patients with clear and concise treatment plan presentations

  • Commit patients to begin treatment

  • Maximize case acceptance to meet sales goals

  • Provide support and service to patients to enhance their experience and promote retention

  • Respond to key performance indicators to ensure practice success

  • Staff and motivate his/her office team for optimal practice performance.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Practice Sales Operations Manager Job

  • 2-5 years experience in a sales management or retail management environment, some combination of management and sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to make decisions independently

  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities

  • Ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions

  • Ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office related products.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Practice Sales Operations Manager Job

  • Bachelors Degree.
