Job Summary:

The National Sales Manager is responsible for client strategic direction, P&L responsibility, development of new programs, gathering and acting on client feedback, and helping to develop contracts.  

Job Description:

The National Sales Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Use customer input and other relevant data to identify, develop and deploy global program solutions

  • Relationship management with national client

  • Interact with client to review results, identify needs and obtain buy-in/support for potential solutions that provide a higher level of customer service and increased opportunity while creating a more profitable business model

  • Develop strategic direction for accounts

  • Work with the rest of the National Accounts team to relay customer issues and discuss solutions

  • Perform general time/territory/administrative duties. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For National Sales Manager Job

  • Customer service orientation

  • Consultative approach to resolving customer issues

  • Business acumen

  • Process-orientation.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For National Sales Manager Job

  • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
