Job Summary:
The
Medicaid Sales Representative is
responsible for
enrolling eligible Medicaid/Child Health
Plus recipients at various sites
throughout service area.

Medicaid Sales Representative will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Offer ongoing member education and
member servicing

Maintain accurate records for
reporting purposes

Accountability for meeting monthly
targets for applications received.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Medicaid Sales Representative Job
-
Two-year degree or proven customer
service experience in a health
related field
-
Prior Social Service/Medicaid
experience or two years work
experience with one year in a sales
related or community capacity
-
Familiar with State Medicaid/Child
Health Plus programs and the needs
of low-income populations
-
Community marketing experience and
bi-lingual candidates
-
Valid driver's license and car
-
Interact effectively with the
Medicaid population and within the
corporate environment
-
Good writing and communication
skills
-
Self motivated and enthusiastic
personality
-
Self-starter with the ability to
work independently.
