Develop and execute integrated
organizational plans, policies and
procedures and lead the development
of business and technical
strategies, goals, objectives across
the enterprise and internationally
Lead business capture, perform
business case analysis, conduct
value stream mapping for Company
market
Acquire resources for organizational
activities
Provide technical management of
suppliers and leads process
improvements
Lead strategy to action
implementation to ensure Company
business goals and objectives are
met
Accountable for delivering orders
results as part of the NTS
integrated long range business plan
Develop and maintain relationships
with customers, stakeholders, peers,
partners and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of
technical approaches, products and
processes
Lead, develop and motivate employees
and mid-level managers.
Advanced, expert knowledge of
Company's organizations, processes,
program plans, policies and
procedures, and products required to
effectively perform responsibilities
Advanced/expert knowledge and
understanding of business case
analysis to effectively perform
functional responsibilities of the
occupation
Extensive knowledge of
customer's/supplier's organization,
processes, policies and procedures,
products, requirements,
capabilities, practices, support
resources, preferences, constraints,
etc.
