Job Summary:
The
Manager Technical Sales 2 is
responsible for management assistance in
the development and execution of the
marketing effort for Company business
opportunities.
Job
Description:
The
Manager Technical Sales 2 will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform
strategic business capture planning,
formal and informal customer
outreach, understanding and advocacy
of customer requirements, and
performance of capture team leader
procedures for preparing and
submitting proposals

Assist program managers,
engineering and manufacturing in
performing their functions during
the capture and initial execution of
new business opportunities
-
Sell
technical products, services,
installations, and configurations to
assigned customer for specific
technical product and/or application
of product
-
Provide technical
interface between customer and
company engineering, manufacturing
and program management
representatives
-
Research customer
technical specifications and
requirements with current or
potential technical specifications
of company products
-
Prepare and
conduct technical sales briefings
for customer and company
representatives
-
Develop potential
technical specifications, pricing
considerations and contract
requirements
-
Prepare sales
forecasts
-
Investigate new
applications or improvements to
products with customers.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
