Job Summary:

The Local Online Sales Executive is responsible for advertising sales to businesses in local markets.

Job Description:

The Local Online Sales Executive will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Sell advertising inventory to include: banner ads, e-newsletters, video and more

  • Present promotional opportunities and display options to store owners/management

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales of current and new offerings

  • Handle ad sales, inventory management and “own” the online advertising for assigned local markets

  • Responsible for assisting in coordinating local event sponsorships and attending them, possibly on weekends. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Local Online Sales Executive Job

  • Top notch sales and marketing instincts

  • Willingness to act as a media consultant

  • Ability to close/ask for the sale

  • Understanding of online advertising

  • Ability to manage sales, inventory, design and other aspects of online advertising simultaneously

  • Ability to quickly grasp the interests, rhythms, and identity of a community

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Unparalleled organizational skills.
