Description:
The
Inside Sales Representative - Telecom will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Design, propose and sell integrated
voice, data, long distance and internet
solutions and value added application
packages to business customers referred
from the Business Solutions Center for a Verizon complex product
-
Partner with customers to determine
present and future telecom needs by
using a consultative selling approach
-
Proactively manage the attainment of
$7-8M annual revenue in a predetermined
customer base of 200 small and medium
business customers
-
Responsible for retention and up sell of
existing customer base
-
Coordinate pre-sale, technical support
and sales implementation
-
Responsible for creating custom
proposals, RFP's, accurate pricing and
network configuration.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /

Telecom Job

1 year of experience working in
a call center environment

PC skills
-
Excellent written and oral skills

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Thorough understanding of needs
satisfaction selling techniques

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to act independently and as part
of a large team

Self-Motivated
-
PC skills using funnel management
software.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Inside
Sales Representative - Telecom Job
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years
of sales experience preferably in the
telecom or related industry.
