Inbound Sales Center Manager Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Inbound Sales Center Manager is responsible for leading and managing Company Managers and a non-exempt staff of sales associates.   

Job Description:

The Inbound Sales Center Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Effectively manage day-today operations

  • Analyze data to drive decisions

  • Analyze and resolve a wide variety of complex customer issues

  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications

  • Proactively utilize strong problem solving skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Inbound Sales Center Manager Job

  • 5 years of supervisory/management experience in a high volume sales call center with P&L exposure

  • Experience in leading/ coaching/motivating/developing teams

  • Familiarity with ACD reports, Variable Commission plans, Employment Law and other key subject areas associated with managing a large-scale call center

  • Candidate must have proven success in quota achievement

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Contact center experience

  • Experience in high tech sales or customer service a plus

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts on a 7-day schedule.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Inbound Sales Center Manager Job

  • BS/BA required, MBA preferred.
