Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Inbound Sales Center Manager Job

5 years of supervisory/management
experience in a high volume sales
call center with P&L exposure

Experience in leading/
coaching/motivating/developing teams
-
Familiarity with ACD reports,
Variable Commission plans,
Employment Law and other key subject
areas associated with managing a
large-scale call center
-
Candidate must have proven success
in quota achievement
-
Exceptional interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrate strong verbal and
written communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills and the
ability to multi-task
-
Contact center experience
-
Experience in high tech sales or
customer service a plus
-
Flexibility to work varied shifts on
a 7-day schedule.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Inbound
