opportunities received through inbound
calls.

Inbound
SMB Sales Representative will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform daily customer interface

Perform lead qualification

Influence buying decisions

Direct customers through order
processes

Own
or channel customer escalations to
appropriate resources

Understand and make recommendations
regarding trends in customer needs

Understand customer business drivers

Provide real time feedback in a
dynamic sales environment, and be
willing to improvise and enhance
processes

Independently drive customer needs
or problems through to resolution

Exercise judgment in decisions to
involve other Company team members
appropriately

Analyze trends and buying patterns
and communicate recommendations
appropriately to product groups or
divisions.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Inbound SMB Sales Representative Job

Strong Knowledge of the
hardware/software Business
demonstrated by understanding of
related product portfolio, business
reports, trends, customer
information, and delivery methods

Ability to take 30+ phone calls a
day, close deals, perform customer
contact processes that produce
responses, and profile accounts
-
Verbal and written communication
skills that clearly and simply
communicate information about the
organization, processes, services
portfolio, and issues that may exist
within Company or with customer
situations
-
Ability to make timely decisions
that effect managing deal volume,
resolving customer satisfaction
issues, resolving internal
organizational issues that impede
results, timeliness of escalation of
sales and Company issues
-
Ability to plan tactics for
resolving customer sales issues that
prevent orders.
