Director, Integrated Sales & Marketing
is
responsible for driving sales
development, campaign management, and
product execution for all integrated
sales programs across Company.

The
Director, Integrated Sales & Marketing will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Develop a strategic plan, in
accordance with sales and marketing,
to maximize integrated sales and
marketing opportunities
-
Lead
a team responsible to identify and
recommend integrated sales
opportunities that marry advertiser
needs with a product that consumers
demand
-
Oversee responses to
sales/advertising requests and
proposals
-
Represent voice of product team to
Sales, ensuring all parties are
represented in advertiser responses
-
Lead
a team responsible for execution of
advertising sales and marketing
online tactics
-
Drive
creation of a calendar of product
initiatives available to sales to
support revenue goals
-
Lead
those involved across multiple
disciplines to ensure consistency of
vision
-
Drive
decision-making and accountability
in the organization that leads to
the attainment of established goals
-
Develop the team, hiring and
retaining top talent, leading
dedicated experts striving for
excellence
-
Ensure milestones are met through
collaboration and partnerships
-
Ensure stakeholders are kept up to
date on state of sales and marketing
product opportunities, coordinate
with functional matrix managers and
Company leadership on relevant
issues
-
Develop KPIs, budgets, and forecasts
in collaboration with the finance
team and the sales and marketing
team
-
Oversee and ensure the acquisition
of resources necessary to achieve
goals
-
Partner with executive leads in
Creative and Technology to ensure
open and matrixed communication.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Director, Integrated Sales &
Marketing Job

10+ years
of related experience including
significant experience in web
development and/or web sales development
-
Expert at
aligning resources to meet stated
objectives, then organizing and tracking
the efforts in that regard
-
Understand advertising sales and website
production
-
Past
experience managing teams of creative,
production, and sales development staff
-
Ability
to think and work across disciplines
-
Ability
to set and achieve the highest
standards, and solve problems
-
Experience in developing and evolving
web-based consumer entertainment
products and brands
-
Prior
leadership experience, including
significant exposure to senior levels of
management
-
Experience working with and managing
multiple brands or projects with
different, and sometimes competing
objectives
-
Outstanding written and verbal
communication skills, solid
interpersonal skills
-
Proven
negotiation skills and the ability to
put together compelling presentations
-
Project
and budget management skills
-
Attention
to detail and strong organizational
skills

Ability
to recruit, lead and motivate a diverse
team
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Director, Integrated Sales & Marketing
Job

College degree in a related field
(or relevant work experience)
required, Master of Business
Administration a plus.
