The Commercial Sales Representative will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Develops and retains a quality commercial client base with local businesses with significant real estate holdings in a variety of capacities through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers

• Meet or exceeds established targets and goals

• Perform cold call on prospective clients, via phone, email or any general communication method

• Maintain the customer relationship and servicing the customer's needs throughout the entire transaction process

• Conduct presentations on company commercial products and services, features and benefits

• Interface with division sales manager, and maintain weekly call report and CRM database

• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers

• Engage with the customer through the entire sales process to ensure successful transaction

• Active in professional organizations related to the commercial real estate industry

• Maintain customer profiles and weekly call report

• Maintain CRM database.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Commercial Sales Rep Job

• Sales, Marketing and/or commercial real estate experience
• Education or background desired.
