Job
Description:
The
Tour Receptionist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Greet
all customers and owners as they
enter the Sales Gallery and process
according to established procedures
-
Answer all incoming phone lines and
take appropriate messages
-
Ensure messages are distributed
daily
-
Ensure proper operation of sales
executive rotation per established
guidelines
-
Prepare daily tour reports and
update computer
-
Distribute daily reports for Sales
and Marketing
-
Receive and coordinate tour
appointments from marketing as
required, and maintain daily
appointment manifest
-
Monitor tour waves and tour times as
needed and report overbooking issues
to management in a timely fashion
-
Assure that the promised premiums
and gifts for guests are distributed
according to proper procedures
-
Ensure all premium logs are being
updated and maintained
-
Prepare copies each period for
accounting audits
-
Post
room charges fro pre-gifted tours
that no-show or canceled
-
Verify that necessary supplies of
premium inventory and operating
materials are on hand at all times
-
Report shortages with enough lead
time to place a new order
-
Check
all reports for accuracy including
daily tour manifest, other
miscellaneous daily or periodic
reports as requested
-
Ensure sales gallery is neat and
presentable
-
Coordinate refreshment set-up and
maintain customer areas throughout
the day.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Organized with excellent
communication skills

typing skills

Proficient in computers

Fluent in reading and writing

Ability to work well under pressure
as well as handle multiple tasks at
the same time

Excellent customer service skills

Bright, friendly and energetic.
