Seasonal Tour Receptionist Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Seasonal Tour Receptionist will act as the "gatekeeper" and head of communication for the Company operation. He/She will perform duties, including: answering multi-line telephone-system and taking messages or referring calls to the appropriate person. The Seasonal Tour Receptionist will restock shelves in administration office with sales documents; assist the office administrator in completing new hire documents, assist in any clerical duties as necessary. 

Job Description:

The Seasonal Tour Receptionist will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Answer multi-line telephone system

  • Collect faxes

  • Distribute messages to personnel

  • Provide administrative support, when requested, to administrative and management staff

  • Direct vendors and greet customers upon entering the building. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Seasonal Tour Receptionist Job

  • Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be very detailed, accurate and thorough
  • Strong Excel and Word skills required, PowerPoint preferred
  • Well developed phone, email and calendar skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • 2+ years work experience in receptionist or administrative function in a business office environment.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Seasonal Tour Receptionist Job

  • High School Diploma.
