Registration Receptionist will be responsible for
implementing clerical duties to assist
in the delivery of the highest quality
healthcare to patients.

Registration Receptionist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Connect
patients to better health by providing
timely and accurate service in the areas
of registration, co-pay receipt, cash
collection and receipt generation,
appointment scheduling, and
referral/pre-authorization approval

Assist
fellow employees in identifying ways to
exceed customer expectations

Practice
methods to provide consistent, superior
customer experiences to individuals of
all age groups and backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Registration Receptionist Job
-
One
year health care experience or two
years' customer service experience
-
Insurance experience preferred
-
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, including
spelling and grammar

Self-directed and motivated
-
Ability
to work with little supervision
Ability to exemplify customer
service skills when working with all
customers, including physicians,
nurses, clinical staff, and most
importantly, the patients
Ability to handle flexibility,
change, stress pressure and to relay
information clearly and accurately
even under these conditions.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Registration Receptionist Job
High
school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Medical Assistant
(or other medical specialty-based
certification) preferred.
