Job Summary:
The
Receptionist-Switchboard will be responsible for
performing general office duties under
the direction of the Manager. He/She
will support Company's mission, vision,
core values and customer service
philosophy.
Job
Description:
The
Receptionist-Switchboard will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Prepare
and type correspondence, form letters
and reports
-
Answer
telephones and route calls
-
Greet
visitors and customers, and conduct them
to the appropriate location or person
-
Record
the minutes of meetings and transcribing
dictation as necessary
-
Complete
forms and reports as required by
Corporate, Regional and Area offices, as
well as State and Federal Agencies
-
Set up
and maintain all filing systems
-
Make
copies of correspondence and other
printed matter
-
Maintain
inventory of office supplies and forms
-
Prepare
purchase orders using the appropriate
software
-
Assist
with accounts receivable and accounts
payable functions and responsibilities
-
May
perform payroll and personnel
administrative functions
-
Perform
other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Receptionist-Switchboard Job

6
months of relevant experience
-
Computer skills and experience with
Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
-
Strong verbal skills and friendly
manner to greet patients and
visitors
-
Pleasant telephone voice and
manners.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Receptionist-Switchboard Job
High
School diploma or equivalent.
