Rehab will be responsible, under direct
supervision, for performing secretarial
and receptionist duties, utilizing
knowledge of medical terminology and
hospital, clinic procedures.

Compile and record medical charts,
reports and correspondence using
computer

Answer telephone

Schedule appointments

Greet and direct patients.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Receptionist-Secretary - Outpatient
Rehab Job

Two years related office experience
-
Coursework in medical terminology or
knowledge of medical terminology
through on-the-job training highly
preferred

Knowledge and ability to effectively
use Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel
and Word.
