Job Summary:
The
Receptionist-Secretary will be responsible for
greeting and directing visitors at
Company facility while maintaining a
high level of customer service within
the reception area.
Job
Description:
The
Receptionist-Secretary will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Greet
visitors, manage overnight delivery
packages from courier services,
coordinate mail package deliveries
in-house
-
Manage
the switchboard console, answer calls,
direct callers, provide assistance and
take concise telephone messages
-
Provide
administrative support for the Executive
Director, Human Resources Manager and
General Manager's office
-
Coordinate company functions,
reservations and maintain conference
room schedules
-
Coordinate job applications for
prospective employees
-
Maintain
the inventory for office supplies and
process a weekly order
-
Maintain
reports, organizational chart, contracts
and cancellations, office telephone
extension list and office calendar of
events, files
-
Assist
other employees with special tasks that
may arise from time to time, as
directed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Receptionist-Secretary Job

3
years experience in a fast paced
office environment
-
Ability to maintain a high degree of
confidentiality
-
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft
office suite including Word, Excel,
Power Point
-
Reliable, organized and possess
multi-tasking abilities
-
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Minimum Education Requirements /
