The Receptionist-Office Assistant will be a Professional Receptionist responsible for supporting front desk in a fast paced office.

Job Description:

The Receptionist-Office Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Answer phones, 4 line phone system, taking messages, office inventory, and miscellaneous duties

  • Take messages and provide overall quality customer service both in person and over the phone to customers and vendors. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Receptionist-Office Assistant Job

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Receptionist-Office Assistant Job

  • High School diploma or GED.
