Receptionist - Corporate Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Receptionist - Corporate will be responsible for answering and routing telephone calls promptly; greeting visitors and notifying person(s) being visited.

Job Description:

The Receptionist - Corporate will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Operate Aspect PBX System, Avaya

  • Greet all visitors courteously and direct them to appropriate person(s)

  • Maintain log of all visitors to ensure maximum security for employees and clients

  • Note changes to phone listings

  • Perform special projects on an ongoing basis

  • Serve as backup to other facilities as needed

  • Provide administrative support to Facilities Managers/Supervisors as required

  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Receptionist - Corporate Job

  • Ability to interact with clients, visitors and employees in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven record of prompt arrival and regular attendance at work
  • 1 year of experience working in an office setting or customer service field
  • Familiarity with Windows on a PC
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS office.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Receptionist - Corporate Job

  • High School Diploma or GED.
