Job
Description:
The
Receptionist Clinic will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Greet
visitors, determine nature of visits and
direct visitors to appropriate persons
or location
-
Process
all incoming calls in a pleasant and
proficient manner
-
Provide
directions and information to patients,
visitors and/or staff
-
Process
incoming and outgoing mail
-
Perform
clerical duties such as word processing
assignments, copying, filing and
creating announcements
-
Monitor
office supply inventory and requests
needed inventory from purchasing
-
Receive
inventory and ensure the proper
stocking, placement and security of
received items
-
Communicate all equipment maintenance
and repair issues to appropriate staff.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Receptionist Clinic Job

Demonstrated ability to operate
basic office equipment and the
ability to organize multiple tasks
-
Basic
computer skills including experience
using word processing products and
email
-
Excellent communication and customer
service skills
-
Demonstrated ability to work with a
high degree of accuracy and
attention to detail of a repetitive
nature.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Receptionist Clinic Job
High
school graduate or equivalent.
