Receptionist - Administrative Assistant Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Receptionist - Administrative Assistant will greet and badge all visitors.

Job Description:

The Receptionist - Administrative Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Set up and maintain files

  • Interview callers and make proper referrals

  • Arrange meetings and conferences

  • Receive, refer, or answer mail

  • Review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage

  • Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures

  • Gather, compile and report on information relevant to supervisors assignment

  • Provide assistance with program document formatting and editing

  • Coordinate building repairs, assist with SCIF security audits and virus scans

  • Check building PO Box

  • Manage computer backup tapes

  • Coordinate with building security provider

  • Support travel and expense report

  • Support building purchase requests

  • Assist with loading computer SW and new hire on board.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Receptionist - Administrative Assistant Job

  • Full knowledge of the job and the NG systems such as SAP, iBuy, PLSC, eSRFand iBill
  • Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job with a broad understanding of the detailed aspects of the job
  • Ability to resolve routine questions and problems.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Receptionist - Administrative Assistant Job

  • High School and 2 years additional education and/or experience
  • Current Top Secret Clearance.
