Job Summary:
The
Receptionist-Accounting Specialist will
act as backup for the Receptionist,
support processes and administrative
duties related to accounting.Job
Description:
The
Receptionist-Accounting Specialist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Provide
backup for the Receptionist during
breaks, meetings, PTO, or other time off
-
Screen
and route incoming calls
-
Open and
distribute mail
-
Run
outgoing mail through postage meter
-
Assist in
providing all Visitors a quality
experience
-
Any other
tasks as requested by supervisor
-
Support
the accounting functions by maintaining
accurate and timely data within the ERP
system
-
Sort
incoming invoices, verify billing and
enter data into ERP system for payment;
including working with purchasing and
vendors to ensure accuracy of payments
-
Filing of
customer and vendor documentation
according to department policy
-
Support
month end and year end procedures
-
May
provide backup support within in
Accounting and End of Line as needed
-
Perform
other tasks as requested by supervisor.

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Receptionist-Accounting Specialist Job
2
year technical degree preferred with
one year of previous experience.
