Receptionist II Job Description

 

 

 

Job Description:

The Receptionist II will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Answer, screen, and refer incoming telephone calls and take and relay messages

  • Type correspondence, forms reports, memos, minutes, and other materials

  • Sort, identify, mark and distribute mail

  • Distribute various forms/materials to employees

  • Accept deliveries

  • Schedule, set up and clean conference rooms

  • Order and stock supplies

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Receptionist II Job

  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic clerical and general office functions
  • Typing proficiency of 45 w.p.m. with accuracy OR familiarity and experience using a PC
  • Knowledge of CCF geography, services, and departments, preferred
  • One year of experience in a clerical/receptionist job.  

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Receptionist II Job

  • High School diploma.
