Job
Description:
The
Receptionist II will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Answer, screen, and refer incoming
telephone calls and take and relay
messages
-
Type
correspondence, forms reports,
memos, minutes, and other materials
-
Sort,
identify, mark and distribute mail
-
Distribute various forms/materials
to employees
-
Accept deliveries
-
Schedule, set up and clean
conference rooms
-
Order
and stock supplies
-
Perform other related duties as
assigned.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Receptionist II Job
-
Excellent telephone and
interpersonal communication skills
-
Knowledge of basic clerical and
general office functions
-
Typing proficiency of 45 w.p.m. with
accuracy OR familiarity and
experience using a PC
-
Knowledge of CCF geography,
services, and departments, preferred
-
One
year of experience in a
clerical/receptionist job.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Receptionist II Job
High School diploma.
