Job Description:

The Office Administrator-Receptionist will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Provide administrative support for 50 person office

  • Perform general office duties, including shipping, receiving, and managing office supplies

  • Assist with Trade Show planning and logistics.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Office Administrator-Receptionist Job

  • Prior experience in a similar position

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Word

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Office Administrator-Receptionist Job

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
