Job Summary:
The
Legal Receptionist will be responsible for
attending to visitors and dealing with
inquiries on the phone and face to face.
He/She will be supplying information
regarding the organization to the
general public, clients and customers.Job
Description:
The
Legal Receptionist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Maintain
a professional demeanor

Answer
telephone, screen and direct calls

Take and
relay messages
-
Provide
information to callers
-
Greet all
persons entering the office
-
Direct
visitors to correct destination

Deal with
queries from the public and customers

Ensure
knowledge of staff movements in and out
of the office

Provide
general
administrative and clerical support
Prepare
letters and documents as requested
Receive,
sort and date stamp mail daily
Receive,
date stamp and route messenger
deliveries upon receipt
Receive
and route faxes
Maintain
appointment diary either manually or
electronically
Organize
meetings
Tidy and
maintain the reception area at all times
Tidy and
maintain the kitchen area in the morning
and in the evening
Prepare
conference rooms for meetings and tidy
conference rooms after meetings.
