Escrow Receptionist-Assistant Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Escrow Receptionist-Assistant will be responsible for providing support to Escrow office by answering phones, greeting customers, placing calls and other clerical duties to assist in completing escrow transactions.

Job Description:

The Escrow Receptionist-Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Assist with real estate escrow transactions by gathering, checking, and
    preparing documents

  • Maintain accounts

  • Set-up appointments

  • Operate PBX or multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Escrow Receptionist-Assistant Job

  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
    of organization
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to respond promptly to customer needs
  • Ability to solicit customer feedback to improve service
  • Ability to respond to requests for service and assistance
  • Ability to meet commitments
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Escrow Receptionist-Assistant Job
