Description:
The
Department Assistant-Receptionist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Perform typing/word
processing of documents
Maintain calendars and set up
meetings
Make
travel arrangements, copy, fax, and
greet visitors
Set
up files, track expenses, and
coordinate building and equipment
maintenance.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Department Assistant-Receptionist Job

1+
year of Direct Customer Service
experience in a professional office
setting such as a physician's office
or insurance office
-
Intermediate MS Office skills; Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-
2+
years previous Receptionist
experience handling up to 20
incoming lines
-
Previous experience working in a
hospice care environment highly
preferred
-
Excellent verbal communication
skills with the ability to
multi-task in an extremely
fast-paced environment
-
Strong organizational skills.
