Job Summary:
The
Administrative Support-Receptionist will
provide administrative support for the
Director's Office and Legal Unit in
cooperation with the other
administrative staff within those
offices.

The
Administrative Support-Receptionist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Act
as the main receptionist for the
Organization headquarters building
and assist in the drafting,
formatting, editing, filing, and
updating of Organization's
Administrative Rules.

grammatical skills and familiarity
with Word programs (or comparable
software), database functionality,
and basic administrative office

phraseology, legal forms and
documents for all judicial and
administrative forms

Knowledge of administrative and
court rules, procedures, and
operations

Knowledge of legislative practices
and the State Administrative
Procedures Act

and assist with public inquiries

Organizational skills, timeliness,
and dependability

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

High school graduation, one year of
post secondary education in office
management or closely related field,
1 to 2 years of relevant experience,
or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
