Job Summary:
The
HR Receptionist will be responsible for providing assistance and direction
to the organization's employees on where to go to
address their HR questions, as well as
to welcome visitors and guests of the
organization to ensure a positive
candidate experience.

HR Receptionist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Ownership
of the Company Recruiting e-mail inbox
-
Track
critical new hire form(s)
-
Administer hiring leader surveys
-
Perform
invoice processing
-
Plan
support for campus recruiting events
-
Manage
central filing and off-site storage
-
Facilitate MetroPass distribution
process
-
Maintain
the HR lobby and conference rooms
-
Arrange
maintenance visits as needed
-
Provide
administrative support.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For HR Receptionist Job
-
Five
years receptionist and/or
administrative experience
-
Two
years proven customer service
experience (i.e. listening,
proactive, willingness to help)
-
Five
years of experience working with
people at all levels in the
organization
-
Five
or more years of experience using
office software applications (MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) as
well as Lotus Notes
-
Previous PeopleSoft/e-Recruit
knowledge or experience
-
Knowledge of Ariba Buyer, XMS, and
Concur systems a plus
-
Previous knowledge or administration
of pre-employment assessments
-
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills (e.g.,
excellent phone etiquette skills)
and strong relationship-building
skills
-
Ability to work independently;
Self-starter who takes initiative
-
Ability to multi-task and quickly
change direction based on changing
needs and priorities
-
Ability to exercise discretion while
handling confidential information.
Minimum Education Requirements /
