The Planner Scheduler will be responsible for providing planning and scheduling support to the team for all enhancement scopes on a project or multiple projects throughout the project life cycle.  

Job Description:

• The Planner Scheduler will perform concept development through final design reviews

• Production/procurement

• Installation

• Test and adjust, and final turnover

• Planner Scheduler will interface with planners at all Parks, Facilities Asset Management, and other Facility and Operation Services areas.

• Planner Scheduler should have 5 years experience in a role providing project scheduling and coordination with various size to large scale multiple projects, including extensive experience with financial overview for budget versus actual burn rates and estimate final costs (ECF) analysis
• Possess 5 years experience using Microsoft (MS) Project and/or Primavera Scheduling/Primavera Project Manager version 5.0 or higher
• Planner Scheduler must have strong analytical skills, knowledge, and sensitivity to design issues with strong orientation of details and construction/manufacturing technology
• Possess high level of energy to manage multiple projects through motivations, enthusiasm, and drive
• Planner Scheduler must be an organized self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
• He/She should demonstrate computer proficiency within a Windows environment (MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.)
• He/She must have strong organizational and time management skills
• Planner Scheduler must have the ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience with Maximo
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Planner Scheduler should demonstrate strong networking skills
• He/She should possess strong relationship skills and the ability to work successfully with all members of the team.
