The
Medical Office Administrator will be
responsible for
providing focused leadership and
continuing to establish Organization's position within the local

partner, communicate and collaborate
with internal and external key
stakeholders

The
Medical Office Administrator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

The
Medical Office Administrator will provide focused leadership and
support to health plan staff and other
support departments

Monitor the
management of key
cross-department/facility projects to
increase organizational efficiency
-
Coordinate facility & area resources
with health plan and Organization staff
-
The
Medical Office Administrator will monitor department performance along
a set of key indicators, identify
early warning indicators, and implement
improvement programs
-
He/She will plan and execute department based
budgeting and identify priorities
The
Medical Office Administrator will be
responsible for monitoring
department/medical office budgets and
financial performance using quantitative
information to manage and make decisions
that enhance overall performance
Enhance organizational image and
growth through strategic partnerships
with internal and external customers
He/She
will develop and facilitate verbal/
written communications and execute
strategies that support regional vision,
goals and key business
initiatives/information to the medical
office staff
The
Medical Office Administrator will
participate in regional rotation to
ensure facility leadership coverage and
resource alignment with established
hours of operation.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Medical Office Administrator Job

The
Medical Office Administrator should have
a minimum of 5 years of business or
clinical experience within health care
and service related industry

A minimum
of 5 years of progressive
supervisory / management experience
-
Successful change management within
the organization

The
Medical Office Administrator should have
record of completion of Customer Service
Assessment

He/She should have
strong service orientation
-
Strong analytical and financial acumen
skills

The
Medical Office Administrator should
possess
proficient knowledge or databases and
scheduling tools

He/She
should have
strong knowledge of Operations; Health
care a plus

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Medical Office Administrator Job

Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration or related health care
degree or equivalent years of experience
may be considered

Masters degree or equivalent
combination or educations and experience
in Business, Health Care and/or service
industry preferred.
