• The Medical Coding Compliance Auditor will ensure the accuracy of coded and abstracted information for all patients

• He/She will research and resolve customer complaints related to coded data and provide support to other departments as needed.            

• The Medical Coding Compliance Auditor must enjoy analytical processes
• He/She must be able to monitor data for quality
• Five (5) years experience in a Medical Records Department. Emphasis on ICD-9-CM and CPT coding

• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS).
