Manager will regularly interact with
executives and/or major customers.
Interactions normally involve
controversial situations, customer
negotiations, or influencing and
persuading other senior level managers
Direct
and control the activities of a broad
functional area through several
operational department managers within
the company having overall
responsibility for planning, budgeting,
implementing and maintaining costs,
methods, and employees.

The
Medical Billing Operations Senior
Manager should have previous supervisory
experience
He/She
should possess 5-7 years of physician
billing experience
Possess
extensive knowledge of AR billing
systems and utility management as it
relates to production and client
reporting
The
Medical Billing Operations Senior
Manager should have
extensive
knowledge and experience in new business
implementation, AR conversions and
management of existing accounts
receivable
He/She
should have the ability to actively
participate in budget development and
carry responsibility for achievement of
budget targets.
