OB/GYN office assisting with medical and
surgical, obstetrics and gynecology
duties.

The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN will
assist with In-Office procedures
such as Ablations, ESSURE's,
Colposcopy, Biopsies, Hysteroscopies
and IUD insertions
NST
Venipuncture
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN will work
with obstetrical patients
Work
with all ages of women with GYN
issues
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN will
perform phlebotomy duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Medical Assistant - OBGYN Job
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN must have at
least 1 year of recent OB/GYN experience
He/She
must take initiative, be a team player,
and be proactive
He/She
must be
confident with MA skills
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN
must have
excellent communication (speak excellent
English)
He/She
must have
a very friendly, mature and outgoing
personality
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN must
have the
ability to write legibly
Possess
strong knowledge of ESSURE's, Colposcopy,
Ablations, Biopsies, IUD insertions and
Pap Smear procedures
The
Medical Assistant - OBGYN must have the
ability
to triage and update history
information.
