Job Summary:
The
Senior Product Marketing Manager -
Healthcare will be responsible
for building a strong message and
positioning strategy that resonates with
the market buyers and internal
stakeholders. He/She will have product
management responsibility for specific
products in the clinical performance
portfolio, and will coordinate with
other product managers in that business
line as well as other product groups.
The
Senior Product Marketing Manager -
Healthcare will bring in-depth knowledge
of hospital work-flow and clinical
expertise to the team to define
offerings that meet the needs of a
changing care management environment.
Job
Description:
The
Senior Product Marketing Manager -
Healthcare will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Lead market research on buyers
around a specific solution
innovation and describe the solution
to be offered to the market,
including solution positioning and
market messaging for key buyers
-
Develop business cases addressing
market opportunities. For assigned
products, collaborate with technical
and content teams to document
functional specifications based on
business case; prioritize
development requirements. Work with
design and usability team to develop
prototypes and use cases
-
Create roll-out plan for launching
the solution to ensure that all
internal functions are prepared for
the release, all items necessary for
external release are complete, and
that launch status is communicated
-
Develop solution pricing guidelines
for the market. Update annually or
as needed based on changing market
conditions
-
Plan and deliver solution training
to internal staff to support launch
-
Manage customer advisory groups
around specific markets / solutions
to discuss existing solutions and
future innovation ideas
-
Position capabilities in the minds
of the target buyer and create
compelling value message
-
Understand the market channels and
how to move product into the sales
channel effectively
-
Define marketing programs to ensure
successful launch, working with
marketing to implement
-
Ensure
that each solution fulfills its
potential for delivering on the
business case both in terms of
initial launch and on-going
recurring and growing revenue.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Senior Product Marketing Manager -
Healthcare Job

Strong product management, strategy,
consulting, marketing, business and
technology experience

Excellent written, verbal, web and
face-to-face communication skills

Strong analytical abilities and
decision making capabilities

Ability to creatively contribute to
strategic and tactical plans

Demonstrated leadership skills and a
successful track record of
facilitating remote
multi-stakeholder teams to make
decisions

Effective in a dynamic, matrix
organization with an aggressive
multi-project schedule

staff level to senior management

Good understanding of financial
analysis and statements

Demonstrated advanced level
proficiency in MS-Office including
MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Powerpoint

5 years in a product development
environment in progressively more
responsible roles

Experience managing customer
experience

Experience in a clinical setting

Experience with informatics

Strong market orientation

Strong collaboration with internal

functions in the organization.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Product Marketing Manager -
Healthcare Job
Bachelors degree in Healthcare,
Business, Marketing or related
discipline required; Masters degree
preferred
Clinical training required.
