Job Summary:
The
Senior Product Manager - Managed Care
Marketing will
report to the Associate Director of
Managed Care Marketing, and will be responsible for
driving the development and
implementation of payer & physician
reimbursement marketing materials to
support Company products.

Description:
The
Senior Product Manager - Managed Care
Marketing will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide input into the development
of strategies to secure optimal
payer policy and physician access
for Company Biosurgery products
-
Develop promotional materials for
use within the public and private
payer spaces to influence key
decision-makers
-
Participate in payer-focused account
teams and provides effective
pull-through tools
-
Work
with the Reimbursement and Training
Departments on the development and
execution of physician reimbursement
sales training
-
Gain
approval for marketing materials
through internal review process and
secures final production & delivery
to sales teams
-
Develop and maintain effective
collaborative working relationships
with external business partners as
well as internal departments such as
Medical, Regulatory, Marketing
Services, Sales and Training
-
Create and implement tradeshow
strategy for managed markets
-
Work
with the both the sales and managed
markets teams to gather feedback on
market dynamics, field needs and
effectiveness of tactics
-
Manage advertising agencies,
consultants and other vendors
-
Provide strategic direction for
Company reimbursement hotline, and
integration with its Managed Markets
Team
-
Manage daily operations of Company
reimbursement hotline connection.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Care Marketing Job

Strong understanding of the managed
care/reimbursement environment
-
Solid
project management skills
-
Prior
sales experience
-
Knowledge of physician-administered
products
-
Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy
distribution process, the VA space
and disease management initiatives
are a plus.

Ability to participate in
cross-functional teams and
capability of adapting and
successfully interacting with
multiple types of teams and multiple
levels both internally and
externally
-
Exceptional communication skills and
strong operational marketing skills.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Product Manager - Managed Care
Marketing Job
BS/BA
along with 5 years of related
experience in the pharmaceutical,
medical device, or biotech industry
MBA
preferred.
