The
Senior Online Marketing Manager will
be responsible for developing, managing
and executing online marketing
strategies and tactics with a strong
focus on search engine optimization (SEO),
search engine marketing (SEM),
advertising and retargeting, link
building, lead capture and nurturing,
e-commerce and fulfillment.

Senior Online Marketing Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Manage optimization of the AMS
portfolio web pages, landing pages
and microsites
Coordinate with larger Company
online marketing for generating
awareness of AMS portfolio through
internal social media, online
presence and partner websites
Seek
out and develop new ways to drive
traffic through innovative
communications approaches as well as
monitor and analyze performance
measures to improve the website for
lead capture
Analyze and improve the visitor
experience and conversion rates on
our sites
Stay
in tune with current social media
developments, online behavior and
trends
Research, track and understand new
online influencer/thought leadership
sites, and the online community
Successfully team with internal
Company online efforts and external
partners when appropriate on online
& social media marketing projects
Work
closely with MarComm, Field
marketing, Customer care, e-commerce
and web development teams
Provide regular reports to internal
stakeholders on campaigns
Assist with website content, layout,
UI, and usability from an Internet
marketing perspective.

5 years experience in
online/interactive marketing

years experience in direct B2B
search
Strong expertise in managing Search
Engine Optimization and Search
Engine Marketing, including keyword
management
Strong technical bend towards web
technologies, search, social media
and new and evolving methods of
online marketing
Experience with social monitoring
tools, Google Adwords and Google
Analytics
Experience defining and implementing
web marketing programs and campaigns
Experience in establishing and
tracking web metrics
Strong communication skills to
evangelize SEO projects and work
with cross functional staffs to
ensure implementation
Strong problem solving capabilities
and a track record of successful
online strategies that drive
qualified traffic, leads and online
sales
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Strong teamwork and cross-functional
skills
Experience in Joomla CMS and basic
HTML programming strongly preferred
Experience in public relations and
marketing communications is a plus
Experience in both B2B and B2C is a
plus
Experience in the software industry,
especially database or development
software, is a plus
Experience in managing video content
is a plus
Six
or more years marketing experience
Experience with database
applications outside of Word, Power
Point, Excel and Outlook
Experience with project management
systems
Ability to anticipate risks and
devise contingencies to manage them
Experience in technology segment is
a plus
Strong first-hand knowledge and
proficiency in SEO/SEM,
bid-management and analytics
software including proficiency in
Google AdWords and similar other
search engine software, keyword
research, landing-page conversion
tactics, and SEM metrics (CPM, CTR,
CPC, CPL, CPA)
Demonstrated experience with
optimizing online campaigns through
ad development and optimization via
A/B and multivariate testing.
