Job Summary:
The
Senior Marketing Manager Direct
Marketing will be responsible for
managing any combination of Consumer
Group brands marketing campaign strategy
including developing integrated channel,
offer and end to end operational
strategy via behavior based triggered
targeting and customer segmentation.
He/She will
drive ROI
positive go to market programs
leveraging email, direct mail, targeted
landing pages, test offers, predictive
analytics, customer data and in-product
marketing behaviors.Job

The
Senior Marketing Manager Direct
Marketing will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for
prioritization/optimization of new and
existing infrastructure to support
end-to-end operational implementation of
Direct Response programs by sizing
revenue opportunities, influencing and
securing resources form cross-functional
teams across Product Management,
Customer Support and Advanced Analytics
organizations
-
Responsible for managing strategic
execution and prioritization for FY12
testing including setting up test
designs, operational plans to meet
intended customer experiences and
infrastructure support and metrics for
analysis
-
Work with
external agency and in-house resources
to meet program objectives, develop
convincing messaging and integrating
applicable brand throughout
-
Manage
marketing budget for all programs, with
responsibility for expense management
and forecasting
-
Lead end
of season wrap-up, analyse results and
make recommendations.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Marketing Job

8-10
years of Direct marketing or related
marketing field with a proven track
record implementing and managing end
to end Direct Response programs via
email, print and digital emerging
marketing channels
-
3-5
years experience leading large cross
functional teams with proven ability
to drive growth against P&L
commitments
-
In-depth knowledge of Direct
marketing testing principles with
experience developing and
implementing testing strategies
across channels including designing
and analyzing contact strategy and
customer experience
-
Exceptional project management
negotiation and organizational
skills
-
Work
well juggling multiple projects and
deadlines without sacrificing
attention to detail
-
Work
well within cross-functional
matrixed organizations and proven
experience driving end to end
customer programs with dotted line
management responsibility
-
Strong creative problem solving and
analytical skills.
Minimum Education Requirements /

MBA preferred, Six Sigma or related
