The
Senior Manager Marketing Solutions
Services will
direct company marketing and strategic
planning activities related to Company
solutions and services. He/She will
support segment marketing in developing
and analyzing market data, identifying
market potentials, aligning resources
for implementation across appropriate
Company Sales Channels, Strategic
Solutions & Services, Services Delivery,
Product & Partner Management, and
appropriate Segment Marketing contact
strategies and Ecommerce.
The
Senior Manager Marketing Solutions
Services will maximize Company’s short
term and long term performance for the
assigned under penetrated solutions and
services in the key technology areas of
Client Computing Solutions, Networking &
Communications Solutions, and Data
Center Solutions. He/She will execute
the plan for achieving revenue and
profitability targets for assigned
technology areas through the
implementation of the integrated
marketing plans, sales territory plan,
and sales channel plans.

The
Senior Manager Marketing Solutions
Services will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Create
customer message management strategy for
communicating Company solution
capabilities to the customer
Integrate
solution marketing activities within
customer segment plans and sales channel
activities
Develop
Solution Strategy by combining
technology and customer knowledge into
an executable business plan in
conjunction with all relevant
workgroups: Sales, Strategic Solutions &
Services, Finance, Marketing, and
Product & Partner Management, to
increase the average customer order
value, profit margins and customer
experience
Provide
gap analysis of organization and support
infrastructure and action plan to
deliver and implement the plan
Drive
revenue using both secondary and primary
research and fit with the current
Company sales plans
Develop a
plan for a solutions and services based
model to drive deeper penetration of
existing products, applications and
services
Validate
Company brand attributes of being the
customers trusted technology advisor
Develop
and maintain broad based understanding
of all technology areas Company sells
and how they relate to solving business
problems in all customer segments
Maintain
industry specific knowledge and
understanding of customers business and
pain points
Develop
solutions that use enabling technologies
to solve customer business challenges
Understand technology areas beyond
current Company capabilities and
determine financial viability of
expanding capabilities based upon market
conditions and/or emerging technologies
Develop
and execute the company solutions
marketing plans
Design
and facilitate the development of the
solution business strategy, along with
the development and implementation of
marketing programs that drive revenue
within the selected vertical solutions
including corresponding horizontal
solutions to include testing, direct
marketing, web, magalogs, road-shows,
relationship programs, trade shows, lead
generation campaigns, promotions,
briefing center and sales support
materials – presentations, testimonials,
and leave behinds
Oversee
sales enablement training for solutions
and services
Manage a
team of coworkers, including performance
management, coaching and development.
7 years
marketing experience in a
business-to-business, high-tech
environment
5 years
of progressive management experience
Solid
financial and business analysis skills
including demonstrated experience with
business case development
Excellent
analytical skills with the ability to
constantly monitor results and refine
programs accordingly
Mastery
of forecasting and ROI analysis
Strong
program/project management experience
Comfort
and confidence in working closely with
Senior Management
Experience in product development
management
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to effectively interact
with and present to all stakeholders
including senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to build and
maintain working relationships
cross-functionally, particularly with
sales and sales management
Knowledge
in targeting, segmentation, strategic
business development, and tactical
